Payment Calendar for 2026-2027:

March 1

  • Families may complete enrollment information on EduConnect, https://stbenedict.eduk12.net. The prompt to enroll appears on the opening screen.

  • Smart Aid (tuition assistance) window opens. All are eligible to apply. This deadline is important.

  • Returning SBCS families may add PreK or Kindergarten students to their family Blackbaud (Formerly Smart Tuition) account. Families will receive an email and a flyer describing re-enrollment steps with Blackbaud. 

  • New families register with EduConnect and Blackbaud after contacting the school office.

May 1

  • Deadline for Smart Aid applications. The enrollment fee on Blackbaud increases to $100 after today.

July

  • Blackbaud Fee and Registration Fee (see above) due.

August

  • Required fees due (payable to Blackbaud):  PTC, technology, textbooks, planner, milk, etc.

Sept – June

  • Tuition is paid in up to 10 monthly payments.

  • Other miscellaneous fees are due in September.

Throughout the school year

  • Any field trip costs, athletic fees, classroom project fees, etc., will be added to the family Blackbaud account. 

    • Email notifications are sent when fees are added.
